- Oversee the team’s operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance services.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, timeliness, regulatory adherence, and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting and tax-related matters, fostering strong and trusted relationships.Provide strategic advice to clients, addressing complex accounting and taxation queries with professionalism and expertise.Business Growth & Development
Lead client acquisition efforts and drive business expansion through cross-selling and strategic initiatives.Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve revenue growth.Team Development & Performance Management
Mentor, coach, and develop the team to build a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce.Implement training programs and performance management frameworks to support professional growth.Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational workflows.Implement best practices and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in service delivery.Key Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting and regulatory compliance within a Singapore professional services firm.Strong technical knowledge of SFRS, tax laws, GST regulations, and compliance requirements.Self-driven, good business acumen and possess team management experience.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA etc.
