Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong distributor partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Drive market growth through effective channel strategies and distributor engagement.
- Execute regional marketing initiatives to boost visibility and brand presence.
- Develop long-term, trusted relationships with key partners.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors to expand regional coverage.
- Support business development activities and contribute to strategic projects.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Electronics Engineering or related field.1–2 years of experience in sales within the electronics industry, ideally with exposure to passive components.Self-driven, adaptable to diverse cultures, and eager to learn.Familiarity with APAC markets, digital tools, and product strategy.Willing to travelIf you are interested in the position , kindly send your CVs in to jasper.soh(@)randstad.com.sg
