APAC Regional Site Lead Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving consistency, innovation, and future-ready solutions across the Asia Pacific region. A dynamic leader who can foster trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders, develop and execute strategic roadmaps, and champion cultures of innovation and continuous improvement is required.

This role requires delivering FM services consistently across all APAC markets while adapting to local nuances. Leading high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency through standardization and automation are also essential tasks.

• Implement smart building technologies and digital FM platforms to enhance service delivery and user experience.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to drive business growth.

Candidates must possess strong financial acumen, commercial savvy, and cultural agility. They should have at least 12 years of experience in facilities management or related fields, including 5 years in a regional leadership role.
