Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities (Central Location) :
- To provide administrative support and proper documentations necessary for site operations.
- File documentation, maintain and update database.
- Data entry, basic Admin duties and Office maintenance.
- Provide support and ensure smooth daily running operation of the team
- To raise purchase requisition and purchase order using the ERP system.
- To support the operations team in general administration matters such as overtime claims, leave applications and invoices etc.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the office and maintenance of
- Assist in report generation and preparation of monthly reporting / meeting.
- Responsible for sourcing & receiving general office stationery & other materials
- In charge of documents upkeep and filling and maintain the proper record of any document correspondence.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration , accounting or hospitality , communications, engineering etc.At least 3 years of relevant admin experience in Singapore.Good communication skills and written skillsAble to multi-task to manage work priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsResponsible, Meticulous and possess good initiative.Local prefer. Can start work immediately or 1 month notice .5.5 days Work Week
