Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports in English and Chinese language
- Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level
- Manage office equipment and stationery procurement
- Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers
- Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders
- Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ
- Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any fieldRequired skills : MS Office, MS WordAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalentTell employers what skills you have
