rapidly, and we are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Recruiter to join our HR team and
drive talent acquisition
initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore and
regional roles, from job posting to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs
and design effective sourcing strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple
channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies,
etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent
pipeline for future needs.
Ensure compliance
with Singapore labor laws and internal recruitment
policies.
Provide regular updates and
recruitment metrics to HR leadership.
Contribute to employer branding
initiatives.
Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
7-10 years
of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology or
distribution sectors.
Strong knowledge of
Singapore labor law and recruitment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English (Mandarin or other Asian languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and
matrix organization.
