Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle payroll processing for the assigned
country / region, ensuring accuracy and regulatory
compliance.
Prepare payroll-related reports
and support internal or external audits.
Contribute to the annual salary review cycle, bonus and
incentive calculations.
Maintain up-to-date
C&B records in HR systems and generate relevant
reports.
Partner with internal stakeholders on
compensation planning, budgeting, and policy updates.
Ensure alignment with internal controls and external
statutory regulations.
Support broader C&B
projects and initiatives as
required.
Requirements
Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act and local payroll
practices.
Minimum 5 years in Compensation
& Benefits, including hands-on payroll processing.
Prior experience in a multinational or regional
environment is preferred.
Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.
