create & implement sales plan aligned with company goals,
market trends & client needs.
To hire,
train, and manage a high-performing sales team by providing
coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
To establish clear and achievable sales goals for
individual team members and the overall sales team.
To track sales activity, analyze sales data, and identify
areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
To oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper
qualification of leads, effective lead nurturing, and timely
progression through the sales cycle.
To foster
strong relationships with key clients, address customer concerns,
and maintain customer satisfaction.
To manage
the sales budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize
sales results.
To prepare regular sales
reports and presentations to communicate key sales metrics and
insights to senior management.
To stay
informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer
needs to adapt sales strategies
accordingly.
Skills &
Experience
10 years of sales
experience with proven track record in selling building security
solutions to end users & channel partners including CCTV, door
access, turnstiles & vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder
alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time
attendance.
Ability to motivate, inspire, and
delegate tasks to a sales team
Excellent
verbal and written communication to effectively interact with
clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong data analysis capabilities to identify patterns,
trends, and areas for improvement
Proven
ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead
generation, qualification, and closing techniques
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and
building strong client relationships
Diploma
or Degree Holders in business, electrical / electronic engineering or
related field.
