• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Take and deliver drink / food orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
• Support daily operations including opening and closing duties
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries courteously
