This role is ideal for professionals such as recruiters, B2B service sales personnel, SME relationship managers, or loan brokers who want to tap on their networks to introduce TBuzz’s manpower grant advisory service, job redesign and workforce transformation solutions. Work flexibly, earn attractive commissions, and create long-term value for your clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing B2B network to introduce SMEs and corporate clients to TBuzz’s solutions.
- Engage business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to help them unlock grant resources for their hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Position TBuzz’s manpower grant consulting as solutions to client needs.
- Work closely with TBuzz’s consultants to ensure smooth advisory and grant application support.
Requirements
Ideal for candidates with exposure to recruitment, B2B services, client relationship management, loan brokering, or similar B2B consultative sales roles .Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.Ability to manage your own time, client pipeline, and freelance commitments.What We Offer
