Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales assistance to all customers
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in managing stock levels and replenishment
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
- Identifies and handles customers’ inquiries and concerns in accordance to company and airport (refund) policy
Requirements :
Prior experience in luxury fashion retail or in similar capacityStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer baseExcellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendationsAttention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of presentationComfortable to working in Changi Airport on retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidaysA positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a teamTell employers what skills you have
