Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Conversant of purchasing exercise and familiar with associated contractual terms and conditions for Procurement Works
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Communicate and work very closely with the project team for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent with the project team.
• Collaborating with procurement team in day-to-day procurement operation.
• Collaborating with Project Leads in project budget monitoring.
• With experience in auditing and its procedures and compliances.
• With good oral and written command in English and with effective communication skills with all levels and he / she shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
