Description

Provide in-house legal support in relation to general

corporate & commercial matters on a company-wide

basis

Liaise with external lawyers on

adjudication, arbitration, litigation and legal cases

Conduct training and provide legal guidance on new

regulations and developments

Degree in

Building / Construction / Engineering with certification obtained in

Litigation / Arbitration Law

Degree in Law is an

advantage

At least 5 years of relevant

experience and have prior experience in Contracts Administration in

main contractor companies

Well-versed in

construction litigation procedures & familiar with Building

& Civil Engineering contracts in both public and private

sector

Excellent written and spoken skills,

communication and negotiation skills

Working

location at West area.
