Handle customer and agent enquiries,
complaints, and follow-ups.
Negotiate with
carriers and manage bookings.
Monitor sailing
schedules and track cargo status.
Coordinate
trucking and cargo stuffing operations.
Prepare shipping documents for export and import,
including FCL, LCL, cross-trade, and air freight.
Assist with bill of lading (BL), certificates of origin
(COO), cargo insurance, PM4, SI, MSDS, and other cargo-related
documentation.
Coordinate and track shipments
with carriers and clients.
Facilitate customs
clearance and obtain permits when required.
Issue pre-alert shipping documents and invoices to
customers.
Liaise with the accounts department
for carrier payments.
Verify vendor invoices
against job numbers for accurate processing.
Support sales and operational activities as
needed.
Assist in job closure and billing
processes when required.
Perform general
administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the
supervisor.
