Procurement Executive - R & T RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements / Responsibilities :

• Process project team requisitions and purchase orders within stipulated timeframe
• Analyze, compare, and negotiate quotations to obtain best value
• Maintain and follow up on delivery notes, purchase orders, and related matters
• Ensure materials are delivered to site on time
• Communicate closely with suppliers and project managers / engineers to resolve quality issues
• Monitor monthly inventory records
• Collect and verify overtime, shift, and attendance data, and assist with payroll processing
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (optional)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Leave Benefits : Annual leave : 7 days; Sick leave : 14 days

Work Location : Woodlands North
