• Develop and initiate revenue growth strategies to maximize profit.
• Develop business plans and strategies, including long-term strategic plans.
• Execute the company strategy and ensure all operations align with the corporate vision.
• Manage financial investments and business ventures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree is highly preferred (or often required).

Experience :

Minimum of 5 + years of progressive, senior-level experience in executive management within a relevant industry.

Proven track record of successfully leading and growing an organization's revenue and profitability .

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution , as well as overseeing complex operational management .

Extensive experience reporting directly to a Board of Directors or key stakeholders.

Working Days & Hours :

08：30～22：00 (8 hours per day; Mondays to Sundays including Public Holidays)

8 days off per month, Public Holidays will be added to the monthly off days
