Responsibilities :
- Manage and process sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain timely updates and proper documentation of all sales transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including report generation and record maintenance.
- Facilitate company registration as an approved vendor when required.
- Provide support to the finance department and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative roleStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to elaine@goodjobcreations.com.sg
