Job Description

• With reference to the targets set by the Group’s senior executives and Board of Directors, responsible for shaping the Company’s overall business strategies, management, operations, product developments, and financial results.
• Explore the technological trends in the market, develop R&D directions, and propose new business opportunities for middle and long-term sustainability.
• Act as the Company’s representative in communication of important decisions to its stake-holders. Lead a team of senior executives for overall management of the Company’s worldwide offices. Closely monitor the progress of KPIs and budgets and implement measures to secure accomplishments.
• Foster and build up a high performance and result-driven culture. Create a positive and harmonized work environment to fully expose the potential and productivity of employee teams.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure smoothness of the Company’s business and growth.
