Company Overview :
Chip Guan Heng is a well-established ice cream distributor in Singapore, supplying wholesale
to food establishments, gelato shops, and traditional street hawkers. We also run popular ice
cream cart live stations for corporate and private events.
The Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, process delivery orders, manage stock checks, and assist with administrative tasks to enhance sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Process and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery details.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries.
Track order status and provide updates to customers.
Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies in inventory reports.
Prepare sales reports, invoices, and delivery orders.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Assist the sales team with ad-hoc administrative duties.
Working Details
Monday - Friday : 830am - 530pm. Saturdays : 830am - 1230pm.
