As a Project Manager at Infineon, you will steer various technology development and technology transfer projects running at foundries within our External Wafer Manufacturing Organization (EWM) and accompany the project life-cycle till qualification to mass production.

Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Manage technology development and technology transfer projects and / or sub projects with higher complexity , risk , impact , and reach .
• Initiate, plan, lead, and coordinate technology projects ( Hardware ) in the field of BCD and RF Technologies , e.g. team setup , resource planning , timeline , work packages , budget planning , controlling of internal resources and the external foundry partners.
• Coordinate project activities across different sites (e.g. Germany , Singapore , Taiwan , China )
• Continuously focus on project quality , assess progress, and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges (e.g. time-to-market , cost , scope , quality targets ).
• Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensure hand-over to sustaining function .
• Establish trusted relationships and a network with a broad base of internal and external stakeholders and actively manage their interests.
