The candidate will be involved in
ensuring optimal use and support of hearing aids by training
audiologists and technicians, addressing technical and customer
inquiries, and providing hands-on patient
care.
What you will
do
Provide
training and after-sales support for audiologists and audio
technicians in public hospitals
Assist sales
managers and senior audiologists with customer inquiries and
technical questions related to products and services
Conduct hearing evaluations, recommend hearing aids or
assistive devices, and fit them for patients
Educate patients on hearing aid use and care, and
troubleshoot any issues.
Collaborate with the
regional clinical excellence team on projects and work closely with
product management, marketing, and customer service for product
launches and ongoing support
Participate in
product launch events and customer demonstrations to highlight
product features and
benefits.
