Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies / licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties
• Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants / licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies
• Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies / licenses
• Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform
• Maintain good relations with tenants / licensees, through proper follow ups on customers’ requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc
