Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions while also being able to gather business requirements, design functional processes, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into CRM solutions.
• Configure, customize, and enhance MS Dynamics CRM modules.
• Develop workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports.
• Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
• Work closely with business users to provide functional solutions and technical feasibility.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve CRM issues.
• Document processes, provide training, and support end users.
