Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions while also being able to gather business requirements, design functional processes, and ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into CRM solutions.
- Configure, customize, and enhance MS Dynamics CRM modules.
- Develop workflows, plugins, dashboards, and reports.
- Support data migration, integration, and system upgrades.
- Work closely with business users to provide functional solutions and technical feasibility.
- Troubleshoot, test, and resolve CRM issues.
- Document processes, provide training, and support end users.
Required Skills & Experience :
Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing) .Proficiency in CRM customization, workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate.Good understanding of SQL Server, .NET, and integration with third-party applications.Strong functional knowledge of CRM business processes.Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate needs into solutions.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Good to Have :
Experience with Power Apps and Power BI.Knowledge of Azure services for CRM integration.Previous experience in end-to-end CRM implementations.Tags / Hashtags (for posting) :
