Assistant Director / Senior Manager, (Finance) - $7.5K to $12K #HKH - RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the company across a broad spectrum of Finance-related functions, including Accounts Payable, Costing, Management Accounting and Corporate Governance matters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. You will ensure good internal controls comply with corporate policies, accounting standards and relevant statutory requirements, and be involved in system implementation projects relating to process.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable Management :

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in the AP function
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong working capital management
• Monitor and enhance internal controls for payment processes
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment queries
• Lead AP system enhancements and integration projects
