Job description5 working days Working Location : Singapore Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritize urgent tasks Expect overtime on a regular basis
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
- Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
- Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
- Handle import & export custom permit
- Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
- Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
- Check origin / destination rate with overseas agent
- Support Sales for quotation
- Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
