Responsibilities

Lead

and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.

Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide

targets.

Evaluate and enhance salesmen's

performance through regular feedback and support.

Facilitate training and development to boost sales

skills.

Efficiently manage and convert sales

leads to achieve targets.

Support the team in

deal negotiations and closures.

Maintain sales

department budget to meet financial goals.

Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance

and identifying improvement areas.

Conduct

market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Execute additional duties as

required.

years of experience in a similar role.

Demonstrated leadership with strong team management

capabilities.

Proven sales record in the

automotive industry, exceptional negotiation and deal closure

skills.

Analytical aptitude for market trends,

sales data, and financials.

Valid Singapore

driving license for vehicle

handling.
