Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand client needs and ensure efficient service delivery
• Lead the service team, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes
• Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Analyze customer feedback to enhance and improve services
• Collaborate with team leaders to align service standards and address issues
• Stay organized and consistently meet deadlines
