About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Recruiter (Local Nanny Division) to help build and grow our local nanny network — the Aunty Concierge arm. This is not a typical recruitment role, you’ll be shaping a key business vertical from the ground up. You’ll oversee the full recruitment and matching process : sourcing and onboarding nannies, understanding family needs, and ensuring the perfect match between caregiver and client. This role blends recruitment, operations, and client success. Ideal for someone who enjoys people-centric work and problem-solving.
