Job – Objective / Position Description :
As a Operations Executive, you assist in running F&B outlets, ensuring they align with guidelines set by the Assistant Area Manager. Your focus is on smooth operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the overall success of the coffee shop’s outlet.
Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)
- Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, beverage preparation, toasting, outlet opening and closing, scheduling, etc.)
- Meet sales targets and ensure outlet profitability
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and support their daily tasks
- Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations regarding health, safety, and compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
- Conduct inventory checks and monitoring to maintain sufficient stocks supplies for seamless operations
- Efficiently schedule and plan staffing / roster based on outlet operational requirements
- Supervise and provide operational support
- Handle queries from suppliers and staff
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B environmentDiploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or any related fieldsGood knowledge of F&B industry will be an added advantageGood delegation, planning, and execution skills requiredQuick decision-making and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skillsAble to lead, retain and motivate staffAble to work in fast pace-environment and under pressureCustomer oriented and availability to work on weekends and public holidayWorking location : Tampines 18
Able to commit 6 days per week
Every Sunday and PH off.
