Job
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of private and public companies
(including listed companies)
Handle company
incorporation, annual compliance, and ACRA filings.
Prepare board and shareholders' resolutions for matters
like share allotments, changes in directorship, and banking
matters.
Ensure timely filing of annual
returns and maintenance of statutory registers.
Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, and regulatory
bodies.
Perform KYC checks and client
onboarding processes.
Stay updated with
regulatory changes (Companies Act, ACRA requirements, Listing
Rules).
Requirements
Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Accountancy, Legal Studies or
The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute
of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators)
Experience :
to 1 year of relevant
experience
Skills
and
attributes :
Good understanding of Singapore corporate
regulations.
Experience handling SGX and
Catalist-listed companies will be a distinct advantage.
Meticulous with strong time management and organisational
skills.
Excellent written and verbal
communication.
A team player who can also work
independently.
