Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a Admin Coordinator / Executive to join their dynamic team :

- Location : Redhill
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package : Basic + Bonus
Job Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including maintaining machinery certifications, tax, and insurance records.Assist in audit preparation and provide receptionist coverage as needed.Coordinate material movements to and from sites, liaising with suppliers and project staff for timely delivery.Monitor delivery status and provide regular reports.Maintain inventory records for materials and tools, supporting stock-taking exercises.Track staff working hours and overtime, verify timesheets, and prepare OT reports for payroll.Job Requirements :
At least Diploma with 1 year of related working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Computer literate.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentReady to apply? Here’s how :
