Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the nursing home’s premises.Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for timely repair and servicing of equipment and infrastructure.Oversee facility compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect residents, staff, and visitors.Support emergency preparedness drills and incident reporting.Monitor and manage inventory of essential supplies and equipment.Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination.Address operational concerns from residents and families, working towards effective resolution.Collaborate with social workers, nursing, and therapy staff to enhance residents’ experience.Manage records, schedules, and documentation in line with organisational standards.Work closely with the care team to ensure operations support high-quality resident services.Provide operational support during internal programmes, events, and audits.Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.Prior experience in healthcare, nursing home, or operational management preferred.Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic facility management systems.Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.Compassionate and resident-focused mindset aligned with Jamiyah’s mission and values.Benefits
