Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Ensure effective control of resources in providing quality / cost efficiency and on time delivery service for customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Represent industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales within the precision manufacturing or related industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects of precision engineering.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Working knowledge of high-level communication protocols and troubleshooting skills.Independent and good team player.The Talent People 24C2589
