NETS Solutions is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary. It develops payment infrastructure and transaction processing solutions for central banks, banks and clearing houses in Singapore and the region.
The Account Manager will be a part of the Sales team in Products & Engineering of NETS Solutions Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the NETS Group.
The incumbent is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with customers and finding new businesses to help increase the revenue stream of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer’s account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships with stakeholders in financial institutions and central banks.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successfully deliver our solutions according to the customer’s needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Sales and Business Development
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to generate revenueRevenue delivery through pursuing change requests, new business opportunities and initiativesAchieve growth and hit sales targetsDesign and implement a strategic business plan to help expand the company’s customer baseClearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management teamDevelop new businesses with existing or potential new clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotaMarket and engagement of sales for payment solutions to financial institutions and central banks.Articulate value proposition of cheque clearing solutions, settlement systems, instant payments and cross-border payment solutions.Work closely with product, compliance, legal and implementation teams to tailor solutions to clients’ requirements.Provide market intelligence and feedback to product development to align with evolving global payment landscape.Requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum 2 years’ working experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or any relevant roleSkills and Knowledge
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C- levelExperience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsNETS Solutions Pte Ltd (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
