Operations Executive (Warehouse & Logistics)

Description

We are looking for a

dedicated and reliable individual to manage the day-to-day

warehouse and logistics operations. Responsibilities include, but

are not limited to : Receiving,

unloading, and organizing incoming shipments in designated storage

areas.

Operating manual and / or electric

stackers and pallet jacks to move, lift, and organize pallets and

materials.

Picking, packing, and preparing

orders for dispatch according to shipping instructions.

Maintaining accurate inventory records using manual logs

and / or warehouse management systems.

Ensuring

proper labeling, tagging, and safe handling of

materials.

Ensuring all processes and

documentation comply with GMP / GDP regulations.

Collaborating closely with colleagues from the Assembly

Line and Administrative departments.

Driving

the company van for local deliveries and collections, ensuring

timely and safe transportation of

goods.

Requirements

Ability

to work independently as well as part of a team.

Physically fit and able to handle manual

tasks.

• Good computer skills.

Possess a valid driving license (Class 3 and

above).

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work

experience.

Education / Certifications

NITEC

/ Diploma in warehousing / logistics an added

advantage.
