Responsibilities – Digital Sales Agent (Salary + High Commission)

• Promote, sell & retain : Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products
• Objection handling : Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections
• Meet sales targets : Achieve & exceed sales target assigned
• Leads management : Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
• Customer Experience : Ensure great customer onboarding journey
