We operate ACTUALLY, OUTSIDE , KEEN GARAGE and FJALLRAVEN stores. Currently total of 6 retail stores and Due to expansion, we are looking for dedicated Retail Operations Head to oversee our retail operation regionally, in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Job descriptions

• Provide impeccable customers service
• Responsible for retail staff recruitment
• Managing day to day operation of all 6 retail stores
• Follow operation procedures, and managing store supervisors
• Preparing monthly timetable and work schedule
• Liase with contractors
• Basic store management like merchandising, tidyness and cleanliness
• Learn about the brand and product knowledge
• Sales oriented to meet sales targets
