contemporary touches. To support our expansion, we're looking for a
Kitchen Supervisor someone
experienced, dependable, and eager to grow into a Sous Chef
role.
This is an opportunity for a kitchen
professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys
leading a team, and takes pride in delivering consistent
quality.
What You'll
Do
Prepare and
serve core Japanese dishes (donburi, sashimi, grilled items) with
accuracy and consistency
Oversee day-to-day
kitchen operations and lead the team during service when
required
Work closely with the Head Chef to
ensure smooth coordination across stations
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
standards at all times
Ensure plating and
presentation meet brand
expectations
Who We're
Looking For
At
least 2 years' professional kitchen experience (Japanese cuisine is
an advantage)
Confident with essential kitchen
tools and techniques
Reliable under pressure,
with a calm and supportive team approach
Willing to work weekends and public holidays as part of
the roster
Ambitious to take on more
responsibility and grow within the
kitchen

Salary :
$2,700 - $3,200 per month (depending on experience)
Flexible schedule : choice of 5 or 6 working days per
week
