Roles & Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth :
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for IT, printing, copier, and projector solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in office technology and digital solutions.
- Drive adoption of managed print services, visual communication tools, and eco-friendly technology offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT managers, procurement teams, and business leaders.Position the company as a trusted partner for workplace transformation and technology optimization.Consultative Selling :
Identify client challenges around workflow efficiency, cost management, and digital integration.Recommend tailored IT, printing, and projection solutions that improve productivity and sustainability.Collaboration & Execution :
Partner with resellers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure timely project delivery.Work closely with marketing, presales, and technical support teams to deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction.Performance Tracking :
