Enterprise Account Manager

Job descriptionBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement, and key business stakeholders. Understand client business needs and position the company as a long-term strategic partner. Apply solution-selling methodologies to identify and address client pain points. Recommend customized solutions aligned with customer objectives and digital transformation goals. Work closely with channel partners to ensure seamless fulfilment and deployment. Collaborate with marketing, presales, and technical support teams to deliver superior customer experience. Monitor account performance, pipeline progress, and customer satisfaction. Provide timely forecasts and regular business updates to management.

- Manage a portfolio of premium accounts as the main point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Drive deeper account penetration and adoption of solutions in printing, visual communications, and sustainability.
