Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Relations Executive is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries,processing orders, and managing complaints.
Perform F&B factory general administrative duties.
Execute and manage all order processing transactions including but not limited to order entry, managing order changes, follow up on payment, handling order enquiries and complaints.
Actively monitor orders and inform customers when delivery schedule changes.
Maintain proper documents and filing.
Data entry and documentation duties.
Answering phone call.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Ability to communicate with customer.
Based on business needs and working schedule. (Weekend or holiday shifts is required)
Able to commence work on short notice.
Good team player.
Must be self-motivated, proactive, independent and possess good communication skills.
Computer literate, Excel, and Word proficient.
Able to commit to overtime when required.
Possess at least 1 years of experience within the administrative function.
Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is required.
