We’re an emerging recruitment firm in Singapore, looking for a like-minded business partner to join us in building a high-impact, client-focused recruitment agency. This is more than a role — it’s a chance to co-create, lead, and profit from your own vertical.

What You’ll Do :

• Co-build and manage your own recruitment team and business unit
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and revenue generation for your accounts
• Lead business development and key client relationships
• Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, operations, and growth
• Share in the profits generated by your team and accounts
• Manage your own P&L
