Your opportunity to join the adventure

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Voyage Manager to join our dynamic operations team in Singapore.

In this role, you will be based in our Singapore office and work closely with the local chartering team to operate product tankers. You’ll also collaborate daily with our global operations team to ensure smooth execution across all voyages.

Reporting to the Head of Operations in Singapore, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless vessel operations and optimizing voyage profitability. Strong, solution-oriented communication with charterers, shipowners, and other key stakeholders is essential to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

• Foundational knowledge of product tanker operations—or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area

• Maintaining productive partner relationships and efficient stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of tanker industry requirements including voyage charter terms, bills of lading, vessel acceptability basis SIRE, regional industry standards
• Voyage management skills with a focus on optimization of the bottom line and forward planning of bunkers and services
• Voyage management system experience preferred (we use IMOS)

Additional experience across multiple tanker segments, including tank cleaning procedures and onboard ship management practices, is highly valued. Sailing experience is welcome but not required.
