Experience Required : 7+ Years

We are seeking an IT Project Manager cum Business Systems Analyst- Bilingual) with strong bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese) to support a global logistics client in Changi. The role requires proven expertise in business systems analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.

The successful candidate will :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, structured solutions.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and provide regular project status reports.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support solution validation, testing, and release management activities.
