Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line services such as registering patients, coordinating, and scheduling appointment for patients, attending emails and call / message enquiries for patients
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic
- Handle finance matters such as issuing invoices, collecting payments and daily settlements
- Assist specialist with patients' medical reviews in the consultation rooms, explanation of condition to patient and their family members, measurement taking for patient and fitting of scoliosis braces
- Fitting of orthopedic appliances / compression garments for in-patient at nearby hospitals or patients in other private clinics
- Inventory control
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Candidate must be a Singaporean / PRCandidate must possess at least A level or equivalentAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentA team player with good interpersonal, customer service and numeracy skillsIT Savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office SuiteQuick-witted, Self-initiated, Willing to learnProficient in EnglishNo experience required, training is providedWorking days from Tuesday to SaturdaysWe regret that only short-listed applicants will be notified.
