Job descriptionHandle front desk, ensuring warm, professional, and empathetic interactions. Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism. Oversee packaging, shipping, and delivery of supplements, functional lab kits, and other wellness products. Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with patients regarding order status. Implement efficient processes for inventory rotation, product labeling, and safe storage of sensitive materials. Work with the finance team to reconcile supplement sales, lab test orders, and delivery costs. Foster a collaborative environment across the clinic team. Provide backup support to the Clinic Manager in staff meetings, performance reviews, and workflow improvements. Track and analyze clinic performance metrics (patient retention, appointment utilization, supplement sales). Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
