Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Handle reception area - receiving walk-in customers, assisting clients with checking in

  • Greet and welcome clients
  • Upselling of packages
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them to the persons in charge
  • Handle booking and cancellations from members / visitors (using Oclass booking software)
  • Collection of payments, outstanding fees
  • Scheduling of Instructors
  • Basic Studio Housekeeping
  • Answering queries
  • All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations manager
