Planning sales and marketing promotion

Recruiting, training and
supervising staff
To work with chefs and other
personnel to plan menus
Control purchases and
inventory
Liaising with guest, employee,
suppliers, sales representative and authorised
department.
Ensure that outlets' premise is in
good working
condition
