5.5 Days Work Week
Working Hours :
Mon - Fri 8.30 am to 5.20 pm,
Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (once a month Saturday off)
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure quality standards are met and proper procedures are followed.
- Provide guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints, and disputes.
- Manage the cycle counting program according to SLA.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and communicate causes to operations.
- Investigate internal excess and short picks, and report findings to operations.
- Report on any stock adjustments, including reasons for these adjustments.
- Oversee yearly staff performance, teamwork, and related matters.
- Ensure KPIs are met and reports are submitted promptly.
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff.
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, and other documents using WMS or Microsoft Office.
- Initiate and maintain orderly records in compliance with company regulations.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager or Immediate Superior in support of operations.
