Day-to-day responsibilities as food
processing worker : Bake cakes and
pastries (including, in particular, buttercream cakes) without
supervision.
Decorate customised cakes in
accordance with customers' requests and Head Pastry Chef's
instructions.
Mould fondant decorations in
accordance with customers' orders
independently.
Our ideal
candidate : At least 1 years'
experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
At least 1 years' experience decorating customised cakes,
including handling of fondant.
Good attention
to detail.
